Rosso Selvatico Rice (wild red rice) is a whole grain rice with high nutritional value. It is the rice containing most vitamins, trace elements and mineral salts. Of an average length, its crystalline grains, of red ruby color are precious for their antioxidant contents and high digestibility. Rosso Selvatico rice, not peeled, is also the rice which requires the least human interventions. It is ideal for the preparations with green vegetables and is unmatchable to accompany fishes with white flesh or for the rice salads.
